Definition
A subscription is the plan a pharmacy holds, the add-ons on top of it, and the amount that is charged for the two together.
What to do
Open Settings, then Plan. The screen names the plan you hold and lists any add-ons on top of it.
Read the amount beside the plan. It is the amount the billing provider holds, read at the moment you opened the screen, not a figure stored here and refreshed on a schedule.
If you hold no add-ons, the list is empty rather than absent. An empty list and a missing list mean different things and the screen keeps them different.
What the system does, and what it does not
Nothing on this screen charges anybody. It reads. Changing a plan is a separate action with its own confirmation, and it tells you what the change costs before it happens rather than after.
Every pharmacy on this deployment is currently in demo billing mode, which means no card is charged whatever the screen says the plan costs. That is a deliberate lock, and it is the reason a plan can be explored safely.
Frequently asked questions
The amount here is different from the last invoice. Which is right?
Both, usually. The invoice is what was charged for a period that has closed; this is what the subscription costs now. A change made mid-period shows here immediately and on the invoice at the end of it.
