The movement ledger is the history of stock entering and leaving, one line per movement.
What to do
Open Inventory, then Movements. Each line is one movement: what moved, how much, and when.
Each line names the item as it was called AT THE TIME. An item renamed later does not rewrite the history of what moved.
To ask about the thing rather than the event, open the item. The ledger has no page per movement, because a movement is a line in a history and the thing you investigate is the item.
Where to go instead
If you are chasing a discrepancy, the count is the tool: it brings the physical and recorded positions back into agreement and records what was observed.
If you are chasing what you paid, that is purchasing and invoice matching rather than the movement itself.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not open a movement?
There is no page for one, by design. A movement is a line in a history; the thing worth opening is the item it moved.
